Education Center News:
 Hope Gospel Mission has been working to improve the education level of residents over a year in the Education Center.
In the Education Center we have seen many men and women progress through the programs. We are seeing challenged individuals improve skills and the opportunity for a brighter future. Chris Hedlund is our Work Program Coordinator / Education Department Director. If you have any questions, call him 715-839-9498 X108.
The Education Center Offers
- 12 computers used for research, testing, word processing, and other computer training
- Private tutor rooms designed for the resident and instructor
- Large work space for projects and research
- Hope for the future through instruction and education

- a woman study for her GED
- a resident grow his or her self confidence thru education

Get involved in the education of our residents. Education is a critical skill that one must have to be successful in this society. Most of us take our ability to read for granted. Roughly 20% of our residents do not have a high school diploma. 50% would not pass a basic academic skills test. Your gift to support our education center helps a homeless woman or man take steps towards independence.
