Cycling 3,000 Miles for Non-Profits
Imagine riding a bicycle 3,000 miles from Sand Diegi, CA to St. Augustine, FL. Perry Kuznar is doing just that, and he is looking forward to the challenge. He will be averaging 60 to 80 miles a day and will be on his bike for almost two months.
Perry serves as President of the Sunrise Exchange Club of Eau Claire, a service organization that provides funding to non-profits to support their work in the community.
Support Perry's ride to help fund our $3,000 goal towards Hope Gospel Mission's Homeless and Addiction Recovery Program. By pledging "A Penny a Mile", you will contribute $30 and provide a day's worth of life-changing care to men, women and children that are seeking help in our community. Should you wish to increase your support, your generosity will be greatly appreciated.
Perry is covering the expenses for the cross-country ride himself. As Exchange Club president, he requests that we donate 15% of funds raised, to the club for enabling this opportunity. This supports Exchange's ongoing work, including child abuse prevention, veterans' programs in the Chippewa Valley, and funding for community service agencies such as Crime Stoppers.
